Matthew has a holistic vision of health and specializes in rehabilitation and restoration of the body from a varied number of conditions. Fueled by a deep passion for helping people recover from pain and regain their quality of life, Matthew employs an integrated approach of therapy including osteopathic techniques and exercises to strengthen, enhance and maintain recovery. Gifted with an intricate sensibility of the human body structure, Matthew is able to uncover the deep seated causes of the pain and muscle dysfunction and restore the body to its optimum potential through manipulation of the musculoskeletal system. A professional sportsman himself, Matthew also specializes in Endurance and Personal Training and, for over a decade, has trained many of his clients to reach beyond their limits and achieve their sporting goals.
